Privacy
This site uses no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics and no advertising. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server. Visit statistics are computed on our server from technical logs, with anonymised IP addresses.
Newsletter
If you subscribe we store your email address, the date, your consent and, if you arrived through a friend's link, their referral code. We use it only to send the newsletter and to credit referral rewards. We never sell or share it.
Quote requests
When you request a quote we store the details you send (name, email, optional phone or Telegram, your description, pack, budget and codes) to reply to you and prepare a proposal. We keep them for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case they are kept as long as legally required.
Referral link
If you open the site with a referral code, your browser remembers it locally so it can be added to your forms. It never leaves your device unless you send a form.
Demo bot
The demo bot on Telegram stores the minimum it needs to work (what you type in each demo) and deletes it automatically after 7 days of inactivity, or immediately if you send /delete.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@heybotify.com.
The server keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page) for a limited time for security purposes.
